  • Sorrell Holdings, LLC v. Infinity Headwear & Apparel, LLC, (W.D. Ark. 2022): currently representing patent holder in an appeal to the Federal Circuit after an adverse jury verdict on patent infringement claims regarding a cinch for a bath sponge.
  • Incubate Products, LLC et al. v. Shirlen, (M.D.N.C. 2023): currently representing claimants against a patent holder in an action for attribution of inventorship of a patent for a holster and carrying device for shotguns.
  • Valencell Inc. v. FitBit, Inc., (E.D.N.C. 2023): currently representing patent plaintiff against a counterclaim for patent infringement regarding health monitoring technology.
  • Valencell Inc. v. Bragi Store, LLC et al., (E.D.N.C. 2023): currently representing patent holder in a patent infringement action regarding health monitoring technology.
  • FBA Operating Co. v. ETN Capital, LLC (E.D.N.C. 2023): defending patent infringement claims against ETN Capital over a utility patent directed to a leveling device for a camper. Litigation is ongoing but thus far we obtained the denial of a motion for TRO.
  • Frank J. Martin, Company v. ETN CAPITAL, LLC (M.D.N.C. 2020): successfully defended ETN Capital against patent infringement claims on a utility patent directed to locking box for installation on a vehicle. Obtained dismissal with prejudice after service of Rule 11 letter and motion.
  • Premark FEG, LLC v. Champion Industries, Inc., (M.D.N.C. 2019): successfully defended Champion Industries in patent infringement action regarding valves on commercial dishwashers. The matter was settled after we promptly developed an alternate design for the valve.
  • Loops, LLC et al. v. Bob Barker Company, et al., (D. Utah 2017)(W.D. Wash. 2018): successfully represented defendant in patent infringement and indemnification case directed to a toothbrush. Obtained dismissal.
  • Engineered Corrosion Solutions, LLC v. South-Tek Systems, LLC, 4:16-cv-00096-SNLJ (E.D. MO 2016): Represented defendant in patent infringement case involving fire protection systems. Obtained stay of action and filed an IPR. All claims were found invalid and the case was dismissed.
  • Engineered Corrosion Solutions v. South-Tek Systems, LLC, IPR2016-01351, Represented petitioner in challenge of U.S. Patent 9,186,533 relating to fire protection systems. All claims found invalid.
