Attorney William G. Pagán is scheduled to speak at the Annual Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Law Summit this Thursday, 29 February 2024. The stated mission of the Annual HBCU IP & Technology Law Summit is “to educate minority legal professionals on the issues and opportunities in the tech industry in an effort to help infuse the legal workforce with a diverse pipeline [and] ensure fair, transparent and accountable… new technologies that empower everyone.”
The summit lasts a full day and will include panel discussions of industry leaders on a wide variety of topics including artificial intelligence, crypto, blockchain, IP, diversity, and their respective impacts on society. Attorney Pagán will be featured as a panelist on “The Impact of Data Privacy & Security on Society and the Practice of Law.” Registration for the summit is free and is entirely virtual.
