Positions Available:
Coats & Bennett, PLLC, has an immediate need to hire Junior Scientific Advisors, Patent Agents, or Patent Attorneys with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Successful applicants will be trained to handle all phases of patent procurement for assigned clients and related projects. Responsibilities will include the effective protection of inventions by preparing and prosecuting patent applications and evaluating invention disclosures. Responsibilities may also include providing technical assistance to internal and outside counsel in the preparation of analysis-related to patent validity, infringement, and enforcement activities.
