Solomon v. Overton’s, Inc. et al., No. 2:2002-CV-00060 (E.D. Tex. 2004): represented defendant in patent infringement, trade dress infringement, palming-off, and Texas state tort claims; settled after moved for summary judgment.

Vectra Fitness, Inc. v. RSR Fitness, Inc., No. 2: 1998-CV-00353 (W.D. Wash. 1999): represented defendant in patent infringement case involving exercise equipment; settlement reached after product was redesigned to avoid infringement.
